The PT61 is a pan-/tilt unit for cameras designed for use in EMC critical environments. It features very low emissions and can withstand field strengths of up to 200V/m up to at 18GHz.
It operates with a single 12V-DC power supply.
The PT61 supports a wide range of pan and tilt movements. To avoid mechanical damage, adjustable switches are integrated inside the device.
The PT61 can be controlled via Pelco-D commands transmitted over RS485 from the camera or a joystick.
When connected to a camera, commands can be sent from the camera controller via fibre optic to the camera. There are also control buttons on the back of the PT61 for local operation.
The PT61 can carry the camera in three configurations: on top, on the side or in both positions. When mounted in the side position, it can handle heavier loads.
