The HDCon6 LAN-PECOS Integrated HD Controller is a dedicated embedded system for synchronized monitoring and documentation of EMC tests. Video, audio and test-related metadata are acquired and recorded on a common time base, ensuring precise correlation of DUT behavior with test conditions.
The system supports HD-SDI, IP (RTSP / ONVIF) and thermal cameras, providing flexibility for different laboratory setups and DUT types. Master/Slave configurations allow centralized monitoring of multiple systems from a single workstation.
Configurable multi-zone detection enables automated monitoring of LEDs, brightness changes, motion, display content or thermal variations. Detection results are visualized in real time using graphical trend displays and can trigger recording, alarms and external reactions, supporting unattended and automated test sequences.
Fast timeline-based playback simplifies analysis. Images and video sequences can be exported in standard formats (PNG / AVI) for documentation and reporting.
A Windows-based remote client provides secure remote access to the controller and supports dual-monitor operation. Project-based configuration allows structured management of cameras, detection settings and recording parameters. User rights and permissions can be configured to control system access and operational roles.
Optional bidirectional integration with EMC test software (SCPI / PECOS XML) enables synchronized metadata logging and automated test control.
